Thank you for choosing to stay with Ryan Lodges.

Once your booking is confirmed by Ryan lodges via email.

Bookings to be paid in full on confirmation of booking by bank transfer or card.

CANCELLATIONS

For cancellations, please contact us via email (info@ryanlodges.ie), quoting your booking reference.

Free cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to arrival.

Gift vouchers are subject to the same cancellation policy.

In the highly unlikely event that we need to amend your booking we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

CHECK IN, CHECK OUT

Check in from 3pm

Check out, prior to 11am

We will contact you via what’s app & email message to confirm time of arrival on day of your arrival to ensure someone is on site to welcome you, check you in and show you around.

WEATHER

In the event of EXTREME weather (Red WIND warning). We may cancel your booking on safety grounds.

 

DAMAGES OR BREAKAGES

Guests are liable to cover total cost of damages or breakages.

RIGHT TO DECLINE

Ryan Lodges reserves the right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking, even after receipt of final payment.

 

GUEST COOPERATION

No antisocial behaviour will be tolerated,

We want all our guests to enjoy their stay, and require guests to be respectful of other guests, our staff, our property, local surroundings, our animals and other local residents.

Guests must adhere to occupancy limits as stated at time of booking. For insurance reasons, the total number of clients staying in each unit must not exceed the maximum capacity.

​

No guest under the age of 20 can book with Ryan Lodges. Guests under the age of 20 must be accompanied by at least one person over 20 years of age.

​

Please ensure you use composting, refuse and recycling bins as directed.

​

PLEASE ENSURE you notify us of any little accidents, breakages etc prior to your departure, to make sure we are aware and can rectify them for our next visitors.

Please do not enter the fields or feed the animals without prior consent.

As we are a working farm, no pets are allowed at Dunsandle Cottage, The Stable or The Nest.
